Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within Ontario and Quebec. We also offer free shipping on any purchase of a calendar sticker pack within North America. Anywhere else in Canada is $4.99 for standard shipping and US is $14.99.

For orders outside of North America, a $20 shipping fee applies.
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
For expedited shipping, additional fees apply.

Setting up the current month, days and sparkly stars at the bottom usually takes around 15 minutes. It’s a really fun activity and craft for your little one to do and it will help make them more responsible when playing the game.

We accept returns and exchanges in the event of an issue or defect. Contact us within 10 business days of receiving My Starry Chart. We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Walls, wall paints, primers and oils vary from home to home, and the 3M adhesives provided in the box may not work as well. We recommend applying the chart to the back of a door, a metal surface or window/glass surface. It is also important that the room and walls be on the warmer side to promote optimal “stickiness.”

This might be because of dust particles, or it might be because they have curled. In that case, flatten the stickers in between two heavy books and wipe them with a damp cloth. For better longevity, we recommend placing any extra or unused stickers back on the original sticker sheet.
